How to delete a customer if your Custobar is connected to Shopify?

Would you like to delete a customer from both Shopify and Custobar? The trick is to delete the customer in Shopify.

Step #1 Activate deleting customers feature

Go to Settings > Integrations and then find your Shopify integration settings in Custobar. Turn the “Deleted customers” feature ON.

Step #2 Delete a customer in Shopify

Follow Shopify’s instructions to delete a customer in Shopify. If your Shopify store is connected to Custobar and the "Deleted customers" feature is on, the customer will also be automatically deleted from Custobar.

Note! Products and sales are not deleted from Custobar even if you delete them in Shopify.
